Today we interviewed with a stage director, Hisanobu Ogura about the musical play "Earth Children" which has been performed since last year.
Could you tell us about the process of producing the musical play "Earth Children"?
IAPG is seeking for a composite art. Finally we would like to stage a musical. In this connection, our musical play performance this time would be the first step to it. We challenged the musical play by combining singing, Japanese Taiko drums and dance unit adding a part of a drama taste.
So far 4 music units were separately singing their original songs. However, this time we connected the messages of all these songs in one same story of musical play, and made up single big message. We are producing the musical play in this way.
What is the message embedded in the musical play "Earth Children"?
In short, it is the principles of IAPG, "Over the Differences". We embedded the message , "Realizing peace over the differences" in it.
In the musical play, there is a scene at a battlefield. A woman having faith in one religion is running around to escape from the battle. The woman is so tired of evacuating around and lays down there. In this quite severe situation, two people come to her to extend their helping hands to her. The people who help her are revealed to be a priest and a sister from different religions with the woman. This shows the fact that there is no relation with religious difference to extend helping hands to the people who need help. In fact this kind of situations were seen in the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 in Japan. Yes, there is no relation between racial, religious and skin color differences and giving our helping hands to people. And in the same line with this, we believe we as the same human and as Earth Children can realize the world where we can overcome the differences of human races, religions or skin colors and take hands together. We embed such a message in our performance.
We heard the musical play "Earth Children" has a new challenge. Could you tell us about it?
This time we invite general audiences to the musical play. "Participation" style is the concept of this musical play. This comes from the questions, "How can we deliver our thought to many people?", and "How can we share our thought with many people?. We decided to take this style under the idea of participation of general audiences to achieve our goal. We named this project "Earth Children".

One year has passed since we created this musical play. During the period, we improved it several times, and are trying every day to make the programs to be more enjoyable for as many people as possible. And in the future, we will seek for creating musical by combining theatrical performance and music performance more. We would like to always create programs to make many people enjoy and to contribute to realizing world peace. Your continuous support to us would be highly appreciated.

Message from the IAPG Founder, Noriko Inamori
I hope we can raise an awareness of a Renaissance for humankind to return to God once again. I would love to see a spiritual flow that encourages humans to regain the humbleness which we lost in the omnipotent science omnipotent principle and that we again would acknowledge ourselves as children of God to return to God.
This is my prayer and I would like to send it with art to all people on the Earth.
